Two things, and neither is paid to us. You pay the model provider directly for the reasoning through your own account with them, and you need a Mac with Apple Silicon to run it on. There is no setup fee, no implementation charge, and keeping your memory on your own machine costs nothing.
Whatever they charge you, at their rate and under your terms. We take no part of it and we do not mark it up, which is also the reason we cannot quote it: it is your account and your relationship, and we never see the bill.
Only if you do not already have a Mac with Apple Silicon and 16 GB of memory, 24 GB or more to run it comfortably, plus about 25 GB free. It does not have to be the machine you work on. It has to be a machine that stays on.
A team runs on its own node, with every seat's memory kept separate from every other. It is worked out once we understand the shape of it, because no two companies are the same size.
